As we come closer to the close of this book's first story arc, we are treated we a tribute cover and what is the title's finest issue since the relaunch. The past few issues of the book have seen Batman facing many members from his rouges gallery who have been injected with a serum made by Scarecrow that causes them to hulk out and basically go nutty. A few friends  have shown up as well, like Superman, who last issue was forced to knock Bats unconscious due to him being injected with the serum.
The title has produced some pretty wacky, sometimes random, elements and plot points throughout this arc, which for some will be fun and over the top, but some will simply find it just a plain dumb story. Either way, this issue has a way of bringing together and working with the story that the book has dished out so far, and now things seem a bit clearer and organized. Another plus for this issue  is the dialogue, which in previous issues it was hard to read through one without finding at least one line that just comes off bad or corny. Here the dialogue has improved noticeably.
Also, it almost seems as with each passing issue the art in this book gets better and better, and is one of the best looking books from DC at the moment. Jeremy Cox's colors once again shine and David Finch shows that he can do action scenes very well.
Overall I found this to be a solid read with fantastic art, and a good improvement over past installments of the series. If this issue is any indication, the book's first arc should go out pretty strongly.

I stopped getting this title after the 3rd or 4th issue. But when I saw this issue on the shelf I had to get it. The art is some of the best, if not the best, of all the titles of the relaunch. I'll definitely have to put this title back on my tab.
